The AMG exterior is easily distinguishable from its standard sibling by the quad exhaust poking out the rear end while the front end has new engine hood and repositioned fog lights. The single chrome bar is also slightly inverted to give it a pointier and altogether sportier appeal.

Power is set to be generated from AMG's 5.5-liter biturbo V8 engine that produces 518 hp (386kW / 525hp) and 700Nm (516lb-ft) of torque. It will be capable of accelerating from 0-100kph (0-62mph) in around 4.5 seconds while the top speed will be electronically limited to 250kph (155mph).

Look for the Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Shooting Brake to be unveiled some time during 2013 following the introduction of the standard version later this year.
