Tuningwerk who reside just around the corner from the Bavarian auto maker has upgraded the 3.0-liter engine to generate a total of 521hp (388kW / 528PS) and 614Nm (453lb-ft) of torque. We are told it will enable a top speed in excess of 300kph (186mph).

The tuning modifications include a titanic exhaust system and it also incorporates an upgraded cooling system.

The body is treated to a GT4 front lip, engine hood, boot lid and rear spoiler that are all made from carbon fiber. The Recaro PolePosition bucket seats are made from the same lightweight material and contribute to the extreme weight loss. The tuner also adds a set of 19-inch rims that are wrapped by Dunlop Sport Maxx tires and behind them are upgraded 370mm or 380mm carbon ceramic brake discs.

The final model is said to be ready to pass FIA admission regulations with only minimal changes.
