GMC has announced plans to celebrate their 100th anniversary by introducing two special editions at the New York Auto Show.

Essentially a package on Yukon and Sierra SLT models, the Heritage Editions have embroidered front headrests, unique floor mats and commemorative badges with the original 1912 GMC logo.

The Sierra also has chrome exterior trim, 20-inch aluminum wheels and a convenience package with rear park assist, adjustable pedals and an EZ-Lift locking tailgate.

On the other hand, the Yukon features heated leather seats, a power-operated tailgate and heated side mirrors.

The Heritage Edition package costs $1,970 on the Yukon / Yukon XL and $2,645 on the Sierra.
