The first pictures of Chevrolet's entry-level crossover have hit the web, thanks to the European patent office.

Essentially a rebadged version of the Buick Encore and Opel / Vauxhall Mokka, the bow-tie variant has a prominent grille, sweptback headlights and a sloping roofline. There's also plastic body cladding, a tailgate-mounted spoiler and plenty of chrome trim.

Little else is known about the model, but engine options will likely include:

  • A 1.6-liter petrol with 115 PS (85 kW / 113 hp)
  • A turbocharged 1.4-liter petrol with 140 PS (103 kW / 138 hp) and 200 Nm (147 lb-ft) of torque
  • A 1.7-liter CDTI diesel with 130 PS (93 kW / 128 hp) and 300 Nm (221 lb-ft) of torque
