The 2012 Renault Twingo facelift is currently having its market launch across European and Renault has just announced a facelift for the sporty Twingo RS which also includes the Gordini RS version.

Looking quite confused, the front end attempts to align itself with the Clio RS by incorporate a sporting "F1-style blade" into the lower front bumper and grille styling.

Power output specs remain the same from the 1.6-liter 16V RS engine which produces 133 hp (98 kW) and 160 Nm of torque. CO2 emissions reduced to 150g/km and combined-cycle fuel consumption reduced to 6.5L/100km.

Renault will start accepting orders in France on February 20, 2012. Tax-paid prices (in France) will start from €16,900 for the RS version and from €18,100 for the Gordini RS version.
