Will the rumors of a Bentley SUV ever go away? Its unlikely. We expect to see reports surface at least every six months until Bentley do decide to make one. Being under the Volkswagen umbrella gives it access to a massive array of resources meaning costs involved in developing such a model would clearly be limited.

Christophe Georges, Bentley Motors president and COO has admitted that the brand is exploring the potential of an SUV for the brand and reports state we could even see a concept unveiled as soon as the Geneva Motor Show next month.

It is also important that we don't forget that another brand in the Volkswagen group is also reportedly preparing an SUV. We recently reported that Lamborghini is preparing an SUV that will be unveiled at the Beijing motor show at the end of April.

Would Volkswagen prepare new SUVs for both their luxury and super car brands? It seems unlikely, but time will tell.
