The new concept previews the brands future styling language with the next evolution of the "fluidic sculpture" which has previously been seen in the form of the Hyundai i40.

Whilst most of the world's biggest automotive manufacturers are focusing their efforts on the upcoming Detroit Motor Show, Hyundai has decided to jump ahead to the Geneva Show that doesn't come around until March next year. The Korean automaker has released this single image teasing the all-new Hyundai i-oniq concept car that is set to be unveiled at the aforementioned show.

Hyundai's European Chief Designer has said "Two strong arched curves define the silhouette of i-oniq, creating a playful contrast between the sharp character lines and soft but muscular features."
