Abarth has announced plans to introduce four vehicles at the Bologna Motor Show.
The Punto Scorpione has a matte black exterior with glossy graphics, a sports-tuned suspension and a center-mounted exhaust system. There are also sport seats, stainless steel pedals and aluminum kick plates.
Power comes from a 1.4-liter MultiAir engine with 180 PS (132 kW / 178 hp) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.5 seconds, before hitting a top speed in excess of 216 km/h (134 mph).
Production will be limited to 99 units, but there's no word on pricing.
Next up, the Abarth 695 Assetto Corse is a "small and mean" racing concept with an aerodynamic body kit, Lexan windows and high-performance brakes. Other goodies include an FIA-compliant roll cage and 17-inch light alloy wheels.
Motivation is provided by a turbocharged 1.4-liter engine with 205 PS (151 kW / 202 hp). It is connected to a Sadev sequential transmission which has a metal-ceramic twin-plate clutch for "absolutely top performance in its category."
Lastly, the Abarth 595 Turismo and Competizione special editions feature a 1.4-liter Turbo T-Jet engine with 160 PS (118 kW / 158 hp) and 230 Nm (170 lb-ft) of torque. They can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 7.4 seconds and hit a top speed of 211 km/h (131 mph).
The 595 Turismo has a two-tone exterior with aluminium accents and 17-inch alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin has leather seats, Alutex trim and a sport steering wheel.
On the other hand, the 595 Competizione has a Grigio Record paint job with yellow brake calipers and 17-inch alloy wheels. There's also leather / alcantara sport seats, an Ergal gear knob and aluminum trim.
