According to Jaguar's Global Brand Director Adrian Hallmark, the models are critical to increasing the brand's sales in North America. Speaking with AutoCar, Hallmark commented all-wheel drive "is core to our future offering(s)" while hybrid technology is expensive and something customers don't want to pay for.
