Dubbed Australia's first electric supercar, the evR450 can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds.
Varley Electric Vehicles has introduced the evR450, ahead of its launch early next year.
Being marketed as Australia's first electric supercar, the evR450 has aerodynamic styling with a wrap-around greenhouse and butterfly doors.
The company estimates the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph). Two variants will be available and the entry-level model will have a range of approximately 150 km (93 miles). Alternatively, the other version is expected to travel up to 300 km (186 miles).
If everything goes according to plan, the electric vehicle will be priced below $200,000 AUD ($207,120 USD / €150,045).
