Designed to be the ultimate commercial vehicle, the Ducato is available in approximately 2,000 different configurations.
Fiat has lightly updated the 2012 Ducato - one of Europe's favorite workhorse vehicles and well known motorhome.
Designed to be the ultimate commercial vehicle, the model has no exterior styling changes but is available in approximately 2,000 different configurations. That's a few too many to list, but Fiat says the Ducato has a maximum payload capacity of 2,000kg (4,409 lbs).
Inside, the cabin is relatively sparse but more car-like than ever before. Notable highlights include chrome accents, a refrigerated compartment (which can hold a 1.5-liter bottle) and an optional Blue&Me TomTom LIVE navigation system.
Under the hood, there's a 2.3-liter engine with outputs of 110 hp (82 kW / 112 PS), 130 hp (97 kW / 132 PS) and 148 hp (110 kW / 150 PS). Additionally, a 3.0-liter diesel develops 177 hp (132 kW / 179 PS) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque.
