Developed by a consortium of French companies, the VELV is a three-wheel electric vehicle which has an 8.5 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 27 PS (20 kW / 27 hp) electric motor.

PSA Peugeot Citroën has quietly unveiled the VELV concept at the ADEME innovation forum.

Developed by a consortium of French companies, the VELV is an electric vehicle which has an 8.5 kWh lithium-ion battery and a 27 PS (20 kW / 27 hp) electric motor. This enables the 650 kg (1,433 lb) concept to hit a top speed of 110 km/h (68 mph) and travel approximately 100 km (62 miles) on a single charge.

The company declined to discuss the possibility of production, but said the concept was envisioned for corporate fleets and rental car companies.
