Under the hood, there will be a variety of petrol and diesel engines. Petrol choices will likely include a turbocharged 2.0-liter with 245 PS (180 kW / 241 hp) as well as a turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six with 320 PS (315 hp (235 kW). On the diesel side, we can expect the usual suspects as well as a couple of new 2.0-liter units from the 2012 1-Series.
