2012 Continental GT Speed was spied coming off a test run on the Nürburgring and is being prepped for a debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.
These are the first spy shots available of the Bentley Continental GT Speed shown undisguised.
These photos were taken as the Continental GT Speed prototype was coming off a test run on the Nürburgring. The GT Speed features the same updates as on the standard 2011 Continental GT facelift but is distinguished by its large air intakes on the front bumper. The car will ride on 21-inch alloy wheels.
Power will come from a twin-turbo 6.0-liter W12 engine with upwards of 600 bhp (447 kW / 608 PS) and 553 lb-ft (749 Nm) of torque. A 'Quickshift' transmission will transfer that power to the all-wheel drive system, which should be good for a 0-60 mph (96 km/h) sprint time of under 4.5 seconds.
