Lotus has announced plans to introduce the Evora GTE Road Car concept at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Essentially a road-going version of the GTE racer, the concept features an aggressive front fascia, ventilated fenders and a prominent rear spoiler. There's also "ultra-lightweight forged alloy wheels with center-lock hubs shod with Pirelli P-Zero Corsa tires."

Power comes from a "race-developed engine" that produces more than 420 hp (313 kW / 426 PS). It is connected to a sequential automated-manual transmission, which should ensure the model is slightly faster than the Evora S.
