Designed to be more dynamic than ever before, the 2012 IS-F adopts a retuned suspension with new shock absorbers, larger stabilizer bars and revised spring rates.
Lexus has released the first details about the 2012 IS-F (Euro-spec).
Designed to be more dynamic than ever before, the model adopts a retuned suspension with new shock absorbers, revised spring rates and larger stabilizer bars. Despite the emphasis on improved handling, Lexus contends the model is still a comfortable long-distance cruiser.
Power continues to be provided by a 5.0-liter V8 engine that develops 423 PS (311 kW / 417 hp) and 505 Nm (372 lb-ft) of torque. It enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and hit a top speed of 270 km/h (167 mph).
The 2012 Lexus IS-F is priced from €70,600 in Germany and can be outfitted with two new options: 19-inch BBS wheels and two-tone leather sport seats.
