GM has announced U.S. Pricing for the upcoming 2012 Buick Regal GS - a performance edition of the Regal model.

The Buick Regal GS is based on the Opel Insignia, although, it's not as powerful as that model's range-topping OPC edition. The Regal GS comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder unit with 270 bhp (201kW / 274 PS) and 295 lb-ft (400Nm) of torque. The car does the 0-60 mph (96 km/h) sprint in around 6.7 seconds.
The 2012 Buick Regal GS will make it to dealer showrooms in the fall.
