Famed BBC automotive show still having trouble with electric cars as Jeremy Clarkson and James May are forced to push their out-of-juice Nissan Leaf.
Well, we know that Clarkson and his Top Gear crew are rather skeptical of electric cars and wouldn't be above semi-staging one running out of power.
But this incident seems pretty authentic as the hosts of the BBC program Top Gear, Jerermy Clarkson and James May, try to find an outlet to recharge the electric cars they were testing while in Lincolnshire County.
But there are no proper outlets available for electric cars in the county so the two find their way to the University of Lincoln for an improvised recharging session on the university grounds as a crowd gathered around.
At one point, Clarkson and May and a group of students are seen pushing Clarkson's out-of-power Nissan Leaf. May was driving a Peugeot iOn which also had to be recharged.
