BMW's after-sales division for performance parts wanted to show customers what a difference their tuning makes.

BMW wants its customers to experience the difference between a series model and its performance variant, so they shot this video during a track day in Las Vegas meant to demonstrate the improvements.

The event was put on by BMW Performance, the company's after-sales division which sells enhancements for BMW models. With the Paris Las Vegas Hotel, and its fake Eiffel Tower, as a backdrop, a make-shift track was put up so that BMW performance vehicles could be testing in a way that shows what they could do. Attendees at the 2011 National Aftersales Convention were given the opportunity to push several BMW models hard around the course.

The verdict delivered by the drivers is that the performance upgrades offered by BMW Performance are worth it, if you have the money to spend, of course.
