To celebrate the production of the 900,000th MX-5, Mazda has unveiled a special edition model at the Chicago Auto Show.

Available in Sparkling Black Mica or Dolphin Gray Mica, the roadster features a folding metal roof and 17-inch Bright Finish aluminum wheels.  

Inside, the cabin boasts heated leather seats, gray door panel trim, chrome accents, and aluminum pedals. Furthermore, the car is equipped with Bluetooth connectivity, SIRIUS satellite radio, and a push-button ignition.

Under the hood, power is provided by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with up to 167 hp (125 kW / 169 PS) and 140 lb-ft (190 Nm) of torque. Other performance goodies include Bilstein shocks, a limited slip differential (LSD) and a sport-tuned suspension.

Production will be limited to 750 units and pricing starts at $30,925.
