Porsche has unveiled the 2011 911 GT3 RSR at the "Night of Champions" party in Weissach.
Essentially an evolution of the previous RSR, the updated model features a new front lip spoiler, wider front wheels (that measure 12J x 18 ET 34), and an optimized rear wing. Other goodies include a modified rear fascia and LED taillights that mimic the ones on road-going 911s.
Under the hood, the 4.0-liter six-cylinder produces 455 PS (335 kW / 449 hp) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque. Despite the minor 5 PS (4 kW / 5 hp) increase in output, the engine boasts a new ECU, a redesigned exhaust, and a modified air intake.
Currently available for order, the 911 GT3 RSR will be priced from €410,000 ($541,080 / £342,740).
