Rolls-Royce unveils Phantom Drophead Coupe Pebble Beach Special Edition [video]

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, Rolls-Royce has unveiled a bespoke Phantom Drophead Coupé.

Dubbed the Pebble Beach Special Edition, the convertible features Stillwater Blue paint, a navy blue soft top (lined with cashmere, of course), and Crème Light leather upholstery. Other goodies include a cross-banded Santos Pallisander veneer, a silver pinstripe inlay, and an enameled dash plaque.

If that isn't exquisite enough, Rolls-Royce also added a champagne service set (with crystal flutes) and a refrigerated cabinet which is located beneath the luggage compartment floor.

According to CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös, "This 60th Anniversary Special Edition is the embodiment of our Bespoke capabilities in Goodwood. It demonstrates the ability of our designers and artisans to create something absolutely appropriate for an occasion and ultimately, something exceptional to cherish forever."

If this is your kind of thing, you're out of luck. The car was sold "within minutes" of being presented.
