A new picture of the upcoming 2011 Chevrolet Captiva was caught by  In line with the current Chevrolet design paradigm, the small crossover SUV will serve as a refresher for the current model, on the market since 2006.

The new Captiva looks to feature a completely restyled bumper, with upper and lower grille elements.  It also clearly has a new set of headlights, along with redesigned fenders.

Developed and also sold by GM division Daewoo, the first generation model was based on the Chevrolet S3X concept.  Some markets brand the vehicle as the Daewoo Winstorm, but it is also sold as a Holden in Australia and New Zealand.  The crossover uses the GM Theta platform, and is available with either a 2.4-liter engine with a five-speed manual transmission, or a 3.2-liter V6 engine.  The Theta platform also serves as the basis for the Opel Antara.
