Bugatti's 16C Galibier has been spotted in Molsheim, France.

While details are limited, the car looks identical to the concept which debuted at the 2010 Geneva Motor Show. We cannot be certain, but the Galibier appears to have been taken out for a photo shoot or private unveiling.

Despite being a concept, rumors have suggested Bugatti will put the Galibier into production when the Veyron is phased out. The company has been mum on details, but previously stated "the initial feedback received from customers and opinion formers on it had been very positive." If earlier reports are correct, Bugatti has trademarked the Galibier's design and plans to launch the £900,000 ($1.31m / €1.08m) uber-sedan in 2013.

Essentially a modern-day Royale, the Galibier features a twin-supercharged 8.0-liter 16-cylinder engine with 800 PS (588 kW / 789 hp) to 1,000 PS (735 kW / 986 hp). Backed up by all-wheel drive (and a rumored eight-speed automatic transmission), the Galibier is envisioned to be the "most exclusive, elegant, and powerful four-door automobile in the world."
