Toyota has unveiled the one-off Tundra Hot Rod at SEMA 2009.

Designed to show how a "present day economical work truck could realistically be made into an American hot rod," the Tundra features candy red hotrod flames, Bonneville baby moon hubcaps, a cherry bomb exhaust, and a custom 1950's Toyota logo in the grille.

The old school theme continues in the cabin as the truck boasts a custom tuck ‘n' roll interior (special headliner, dash pad and carpet), hand-turned brass dashboard controls, and flamed maple wood flooring with aluminum accents in the bed.

Created with the help of Fender Guitar and bike builder Sucker Punch Sally, the Tundra Hot Rod is scheduled to be displayed at more than 55 events next year.
