This limited edition DS 4 Crossback wears a handsome matte Tourmaline Orange finish and is limited to just 17 models.
When Citroen spun off the DS moniker as its own entity in 2014, the company promised a premium, upscale approach to small cars. One of the most successful vehicles to wear a DS badge, the DS 4, continued its impressive sales run throughout Europe even after the switch, and saw the introduction of the strangely handsome DS 4 Crossback just a year ago.
In celebration of the unique lifted hatch, DS is introducing a limited edition Terre Rouge DS 4 Crossback to the range. Just 17 of these special editions will be available to buyers in the U.K. beginning on November 1, 2016, and each will feature a unique paint job and a number of distinctive features.
With a “fashion inspired” exterior finish, the DS 4 Crossback Terre Rouge wears a matte Tourmaline Orange paint job and pairs it with 18-inch gloss black wheels and gloss black finishes on the fascia and side mirrors. Along with this unique look, the limited edition DS will feature a BlueHDi 180 diesel engine.
On the interior, a Black Basalt leather upholstery finishes off the package, and pairs it with standard technology and safety equipment like Apple CarPlay, a seven-inch color touchscreen, front parking sensors, a blind spot monitoring system, reverse-dipping door mirrors, and aluminum sport pedals, just to name a few.
Of course, this limited edition package is only a small highlight to the already stout standard DS 4 Crossback. With a 30mm elevated ride height over the DS 4 hatchback, the Crossback introduces off-road capabilities to the lineup, and introduces features like roof bars and a panoramic windscreen.
For those looking to get their hands on the special edition Terre Rouge edition in the U.K., you better move quick. The car goes on sale on November 1, 2016, and is limited to just 17 models. Pricing starts at £30,045.
