Finally, the new 2010 Ford Mustang is revealed as a muscle car that remembers its past yet looks to the future.
Ford has revealed the 2010 Mustang in what the company bills as the best Mustang it has ever built. Whatever general opinion may be, the distinctive looking Mustang cannot be denied, like that aggressive front grille, headlamps with integrated turn indicators. Fog lamps are smaller, and still located on the upper grille, accentuating the large grille even more.
Muscle is defined acutely by the power dome housing one of two engine selections; a V6 and a 4.6-liter 315hp V8. Ford says the 2010 Mustang maintains a good balance between hard and soft suspension, making it the ideal everyday muscle car.
The 2010 Mustang poses a squat-like stance with its sculptured wheel arches. Buyers will be able to pick choices of coupe, convertible or innovative glass roof to go with three rear LED indicator bulbs that fire sequentially from the inside, like the 1960s version.
The car is quite edgy in its design, sharp corners with kinky angles are prominent. Interior is improved to a great extent and buyers will have 125 colour options to customize ambient and instrumentation lighting. Genuine aluminium panels are fitted, mingling side by side with chrome-ringed gauges and leather materials. Ford put a lot of emphasis on quietening the cabin while maintaining Mustang signature sound.
