You'll have a hard time noticing it, but the Q3's second facelift has landed in U.K. together with a revised model lineup.

Introduced in 2011 and refreshed three years later, the compact crossover from Audi is soldering on for a couple of more years until the second-gen’s arrival. In a bid to keep the sales number at a high and steady level, Audi U.K. is simplifying the model lineup from four to just three trims: Sport, S Line Edition, and Black Edition.

The cheapest version money can buy will set you back £26,600, while the range-topping version will begin at £36,945 before adding any of the available optional goodies. Regardless of trim, all Q3s will have satellite navigation, dual-zone climate control, light and rain sensors, as well as rear parking sensors. Upgrade to the S Line Edition or Black Edition model and Audi will also throw in front parking sensors and it will also replace the base model’s xenon headlights, LED daytime running lights and taillights with full-LED headlights and those fancy “scrolling” rear turn signals, also using light-emitting diodes.

Being the flagship model, the Q3 Black Edition has a wider array of kit, including a Bose sound system, privacy glass, and beefy 19-inch alloy wheels. As the name of the trim implies, it comes with an assortment of black accents both inside and out, as well as tinted rear windows and a powered tailgate also standard on the lesser S Line Edition.

Depending on selected trim, Audi U.K. is selling the facelifted Q3 with a turbocharged 1.4-liter gasoline engine with 150 horsepower delivered exclusively to the front wheels through a six-speed manual or an S Tronic dual-clutch automatic. Should you want more punch, there’s also a 2.0-liter unit producing 180 hp available with the same gearboxes, and in this case the crossover will have the grippy Quattro system.

On the diesel side, there’s only a 2.0 TDI available in 150 hp and 184 hp flavors and also the same transmission choices. The lesser version can be had with both FWD and AWD, whereas the stronger diesel is Quattro-only.

Audi U.K. will start taking orders for the Q3 facelift from Tuesday and will have it in dealerships across the country before the year’s end.
